Manual mode.... week 1

I'm linking up with a fellow blogger who is also wanting to learn her camera so that we can take the photo's that we see and share them with you.

finding serendipity

I am new to taking the time to learn the camera so please bare with me. I was using just a simple point and shoot for the longest time. just felt intimated with learning all the settings of our canon...this year I am going to start the journey of learning how to capture the moment :o)

My photo's where taken on an over cast day in central Florida. The first photo is of a Hibiscus in a pretty shade of pink.

The 2ND photo is of a shrub that attracts lots of butterflies.

Both taken on Manual 50mm at ISO 200 no flash

  1. Good luck with your camera. Looks like we're in the same boat, SLR's are difficult to learn but it will be so worth it. :)
